Kayuh Lasak 2009 ..... what i can say is that the down hill was superb and the up hill is killing... and my musle cramp for 5 times , luckily bring along Yoko yoko... huh

I have touching the finishing line at about 12:45pm and was told that my ranking is 50.... :)
